Not only does Mr. Hunt have a serious attitude problem, but he is TERRIBLE at what he does. How this man can be unprofessional, have terrible customer service, and managed to get a contract with my home warranty company is BEYOND me, but he is banned from ever coming to my home again. I had to call [redacted] to fix my issue (they did it in less than an hour...something he took over a month to NOT fix) because he was too lazy to run more than 40ft of snake through my drain line. He was RUDE and very sarcastic. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
I spent $75 for him to do absolutely NOTHING. Didn't even offer to repair what the home warranty wouldn't cover. He just took my money and gave a FALSE report about foreign objects causing my line to be stopped. Yet when he cleared the alleged foreign object, the line was STILL clogged. My report from [redacted] specifically stated no foreign objects or matter were found, and it was grease build up.
