Review: I went to Hunts Point Service Station on 9/**/2013 to have my 3 month check up as I have done since I brought the car 11/**/2011. I was told I needed to leave my car because my filters were dirty and needed to be changed and because they had a lot of people it would be about an hour so I left the car and was then driven to work by one of the employees. I was never contacted to pick up my car. I had to contact them to pick up my car because they "forgot" about me. I arrived at the establishment to be told my bill was $529.70. I asked why as they provided services I did not authorize them to do. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he would call me because he was unavailable. The next day one of the employees showed up at my job asking tenants for me. I told him to never come to my job again. He returned the next day where I provided the company with $270.00 because they continued to call me and harass me about receiving payment. Last week I was driving with my 6 year old and my car started to [redacted]. I took my car to Honda and found out Hunts Point service Station did not provide the services they claimed I needed, but sis not ask for, instead they left my transmission with no transmission fluid. I could have had an accident with my son, and I could have been fired for them showing up at my place of employment unannounced. I want the company to pay the $419 I had to pay to Honda as well as the $270.00 I paid them. They put my family in danger. I contacted the establishment and was asked to provide a multitude of documents and they refuse to return my money and they also hung up the phone on me.Desired Settlement: I want the establishment to pay the $419 I had to pay to Honda as well as the $270.00 I paid them
