I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint with Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted]I had a company take 6 weeks to finally finish a job (as outlined in the complaint)They had the system improperly wired and finally got the system going. (Technician admitted to wiring the system wrong)They had agreed to refund the 5 years of service care we signed up for but we have no faith in their abilityas shown in their inability to properly install our system 2 times with a failed inspection previously.The owner agreed to refund the 5 years of care club (unused service agreement)in the email outlined below. *I now have received a  refund contract for me to remove any social media complaints of the issues.We have not used the service and are in a position of not trusting this company due to improper installation of our system.Is this legal? I have only discussed the problems we have had on my [redacted] page as well as leaving reviews on [redacted], [redacted] etc.This feels like a strong arm way of keeping their wrongful business practice going without anyone complaining. Yes we ran into issues on this install. We had to try and get help from the manufacturer but unfortunately they don't make the part we needed in our country. We did make sure the unit was operating 100% while we were looking for a solution to the issue. When we found out that they couldn't help us...

we schedule the customer to get the branch box moved. We moved the box into the attic and it ran a very late day. I will mention that we could have cut corners to get this done quicker but we have more integrity than that and don't want a bad install anywhere even while the customer is bashing our company on every platform he could. When my employee was getting close to being done the customer was now using vulgar language and it was stressing out my tech so the minute the equipment was running he left. Unfortunately he made an oversight and had a something crossed. The customer let us know about it and within hours I responded this was a Sunday and told him I would move things around and get him back on the schedule but he had to me nice to my tech or he would leave again. It was a simple fix and the now he is left with a top notch install that has passed the required inspections and now we are in the final stages of negotiating a refund on the care club plan we offer. I have asked him to remove all negative comments about us and then I would refund the plan I will even let him keep the $250 discount that only comes from being a care club member. We will honor the 1 year warranty for labor and then he needs to find another contractor to service the equipment. I am available any to talk further if needed.
