Review: Mr. [redacted] from "[redacted] Quality Heating And Air" installed an air conditioner for us on 5/9/13, he did not have with him at the time his receipt book, I offered to pay him with the condition that he would send us a receipt by mail, my efforts have not being fruitful and as of today we do not have a receipt yet.About 3 weeks ago the air conditioner stop working, I have tried to reach him several times but he did not respond to my calls. I just paid $215 to another air conditioning company and they said that the installation was not done properly and fixing the problem will cost an additional $600.I would like him to pay for his wrong and to give us a receipt for the cost of his installation.Desired Settlement: I would like for Mr. [redacted] to pay the cost of $815 to fix his wrong and for him to hive us a receipt for the cost of his installation.
