Our unit went down on Memorial weekend and it was getting hot out. Service tech Alan [redacted] was sent out and provided us a qualified estimate on what was wrong. Apparently our pump on the condenser went bad. Alan explained the possibility of a repair to our outdated unit. He also gave us his professional opinion on cost versus a new unit. After some consideration we went with a new unit. The cost to repair only the A/C unit with a new pump versus long term looked to be a poor decision. They recieved the new unit in a day early and called us to schedule the install. By the following Wednesday we were getting the new unit in. Operations Supervisor Brad [redacted] met me at my home the day of install and I gave him the tour of where stuff was located and I went to work. No issues or worries went through my mind of leaving a complete stranger in our home to install equipment. Complete trust. When I returned home Wednesday evening at 5 pm our air was on. The old unit was removed and stacked in garage for removal upon completion and new unit installed and functioning. That is what I call service. I will from now on use [redacted] for any of my needs or preventative maintenance when needed. I will also recommend them with the highest of compliments.
