Huntsville place was very nice the first few monthsAs time passed on I realized I was not that three other roommates was not for meThe manager at the time offered me a two bedroomThe manager said they would lock the other two bedroom doors and that it would be just myself and my selected roommateI told her I would talk it over with my roommate. The manager called me in a week later saying there were new owners and the new management would not be having the two bedroomsThe woman tried offering me other deals on a four bedroom and apologized for the inconvenienceI told the manager I was NOT interested and left it alone that was in NovemberOn July 30,I received a email informing me of my new roommates and our move in dateI called down letting them know never renewed and that there has been a mix upThe new manager has been completely rude and not understanding to my situationShe claims I renewed online and showed me an e-signatureI've never known my online passwordShe told me she didn't know or care who the old management was or what they offered me and that her system has me as renewedShe said "maybe someone went in my account and did it for me but I am still responsible"I have completely moved out they took my keys which if I "renewed" why would you make me move all the way out? The lease is also $more than my rent was on my previous lease and I now have three new roommates that I don't knowIf I only agreed to sign up for a two bedroom which she couldn't give me why would I go online to sign at an even high rate with more people? I had already gone and paid fees at a whole new apartment

Huntsville place was very nice the first few months. As time passed on I realized I was not that three other roommates was not for me. The manager at the time offered me a two bedroom. The manager said they would lock the other two bedroom doors and that it would be just myself and my selected roommate. I told her I would talk it over with my roommate. The manager called me in a week later saying there were new owners and the new management would not be having the two bedrooms. The woman tried offering me other deals on a four bedroom and apologized for the inconvenience. I told the manager I was NOT interested and left it alone that was in November. On July 30,2016 I received a email informing me of my new roommates and our move in date. I called down letting them know never renewed and that there has been a mix up. The new manager has been completely rude and not understanding to my situation. She claims I renewed online and showed me an e-signature. I've never known my online password. She told me she didn't know or care who the old management was or what they offered me and that her system has me as renewed. She said "maybe someone went in my account and did it for me but I am still responsible". I have completely moved out they took my keys which if I "renewed" why would you make me move all the way out? The lease is also $60 more than my rent was on my previous lease and I now have three new roommates that I don't know. If I only agreed to sign up for a two bedroom which she couldn't give me why would I go online to sign at an even high rate with more people? I had already gone and paid fees at a whole new apartment.
