Update on my fence, it's been over two and a half months now they still haven't fix the 10 feet double gate that looked like it's made of spare parts that I paid over $800 for. *** keep promising that he'll fix it and has not deliver on his words. I shouldn't have to get an attorney involved but this company is has issues with me. What does the Revdex.com do for people like me that got screwed?
The materials came in early this morning. I sent the technician to pick up the materials and to make the necessary repairs to the fence. As soon as I received the materials from the vendor I had his fence repaired. My Technician just called me and said that the repairs were completely finished. I called the customer to verify but I got no response.
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, less than a 100 ft of vinyl fence to be installed and it's been a month now to fixed it and no one seems to give a ***. They even stole my hand sprayer. Nothing is uniform, post are leaning, they still haven't worked on the double gate that they ruined. They left trash and parts in the yard. Several post are even swaying back and forth. They said they'll fixed it but it's been a month now and nothing. They said they'll be here today to work on it and it's 1 pm now and no one came. The quality of their work is garbage. Sadly I already paid. Because I was out of town when they installed the fence. This group are unprofessional and thieves, I would rate them zero and no one should risk their money with this company.
I understand his complaints. The crew that we sent out to do this job did a bad job at building him a fence. I drove to South Alabama and picked up parts to repair this fence. Unfortunately there were not enough materials to repair the fence and make it look new. I had to order the parts from the vendor. The vendor did not have the parts in stock so they had to fabricate them. There are customers in front of me so it is taking some time for them to get us the parts. Vinyl is very difficult to get everywhere right now. I am in the process of fixing his fence. I have been in communication with him every step of the way. I have not been avoiding him.
