I went in to get a cracked phone screen fixed on Nov. 16, 2019. The owner said he would order the screen for the phone and I could bring my phone in for repairs the following week. The following week the owner claimed that the screen wasn't in so I asked for a refund so I could go get my phone fixed elsewhere. He said he would refund it electronically, but he never did. Several attempts were made to obtain the refund, both remotely and in person. He would make appointments to meet with me in the store but he wouldn't be there when I showed up. The store employees said they were not authorized to give refunds. This has gone on for several months and I am tired and just want my refund.
