My FSuperduty still needs more work done on it The speed odometer get stuck on a certain speed and take or day to go back to It need another alignment done I've already paid for one before [redacted] Auto Center had done front and rear work on truck The truck vibrates and shake worse than it did before they worked on it When I put truck in drive it feel like there something wrong with transmision and it make a noise while shiftingWhen I put the truck in reverse there a loud popping noise The emergency brake line and brake is throwing grease on brakes This was broke the last time [redacted] had his mechanic [redacted] work on it Rear tires want to grab and truck is not wanting to stop I've went through an intersection a week again ago thank goodness nothing was coming through it These are problems that I have alredy informed [redacted] of sense Aug when I brought the truck I have took the truck to [redacted] and he has had a mechanic [redacted] do the work on it [redacted] isn't a certified diesel mechanic and there was also teenagers working on it [redacted] ant to save money so he doesn't have to a certified mechanic I feel if the ASC warranty that I paid for doesn't cover the work on the truck [redacted] should be responsible for the expenses I got copies from the Ford Company on the history of the truck The truck had injectors replaced before I owned it and has had different engine work done to it The truck also has ABS problems before I owned I have sent all the History and current work reports on my truck [redacted] knew what problem the truck had and still sold it to me They buy vehicles and don't fix whats wrong with them and sell them to customers The also sell you warranties that don't cover all the repairs and it cost you more money to fix the vehicles I trade a Chevy Caliver for this truck I don't have another vehicle to drive while the truck is being worked on I can get a rental but it also cost me money I don't haveI to the point if [redacted] or ASC warrenty doesn't pay for the expenses than [redacted] can paid for the truck loan that I have I tired of making payment on a vehicle that in the shop more than I drive it The truck had 138,miles on it and the warranty has to cover it to 172,miles I want my truck fixed [redacted] has been rude and know he sold me a vehicle that had problemsI'm the 3rd owner and we all had engine and ABS problem with this truck I'm not the only person that has had problem with him and the vehicles bought there [redacted] also said if I didnt want truck I could trade for something else That no going to help me because nobody will give me what I paid for my truck

My husband purchased me a car through HUPP auto center. When he bought the car the radio did not work. The sales man Jason was aware and we was told it would be taken care of ok great! We was told to take the car to Athens to a stereo place so we did. They had no idea what was wrong. So I took it to the dealer in Gallipolis. They wanted some big money buying new factory radio and so on to start looking for the problem. So my husband being savvy like he is got on Craigslist and found a radio,wiring antenna etc after we had taken it to another dealer in another state. I didn't have thousands to be paying a dealer to correct the problem so we fixed it ourselves. I asked my husband if he was keeping in contact with Hupp about getting reimbursed. My husband was told by Jason that they MAY PAY FOR HALF. So I then posted on Facebook and decided I was going to have to eat the 560.00. My post not being horrible said I was having issues getting the radio fixed and paid for. I figured that was a done deal and I'll just never purchase from them again. A few days later my husband got a call, he had no idea I even did the post. I guess the owner was pretty upset and wanted me to remove the post, say I was sorry and he would cut me a check. Really?! So I went up to pick the check up and it was not a pleasant experience. Myself and my friend walk in and was told that I was going to get on Facebook and say I was sorry. I was in shock I said sorry for what? The owner then told me my post was a lie. So I call my husband and ask him did the salesman tell him they MAY pay for half. My husband confirmed. So my husband is a liar I guess lol. So I tell the owner I'm not going to say I was sorry. He then told me if I didn't the deal was off and I wasn't getting a check. I told him I didn't even have service there to post on Facebook. The man told me I best go outside and find some service. So after waking around outside trying to get a signal I finally got the post to upload. Myself and my friend went back in where two teenage kids a boy and a girl stood behind us. The gentleman looked around me and said is it good? One of them spoke up and said RJ was on the phone. So after speaking to RJ and verifying the post was taken down and seeing my new post saying I was sorry he said okay and then wrote me a check. I was in total shock and could not believe what had just happened. So my point is I was forced to repost a good review and say I was sorry. The conversation is saved on my phone of what happened. Maybe the stories about getting it paid for got crossed I'm not sure. All I know is that the salesman told my husband they may pay for half. If the dealer had to fix the problem it would of cost thousands! Thanks to my husband who drove hours to get a new radio, wiring and antenna off craigslist and then doing all the repair himself of tearing the dash, glove box and tracing wires we was only out of pocket 560 some dollars. Yes they did correct it and cut us a check but not before I was forced to get on Facebook and say I was sorry. I would of taken the post down anyway after being reimbursed and gave them a 5 star for resolving the issue. But them forcing me to post a good review before they would even write the check was not okay in my book. Then they had enough nerve to post after I left thanking me for my cooperation.
