I am rejecting this response because: I requested a full refund of $because of failure to complete and communicate any problems or delays with machineryI am no longer interested in drilling a well so why would I need to pay for a permit of $that is NO use for meI am now requesting the remaining balance of $and will mail them the permit they purchased with county

In response to your not agreeing with you paying for your well permit charge, I understand about being upset with the delaysWe did reimburse you the full amount, not deducting for the well supplies we purchased for your wellThe permit is yours to use againYou can't put a well in without itYou will have to amend the well driller portion, the county can help you with thatThe bottom line is the permit for your property is still yours and has nothing to do with usThis is the only reason for the deduction to your balance due
