Western Strata would like to first off, apologize for pushing back the start date on Mr [redacted] 's projectOur intention was to begin immediately after a previous job we were on but unfortunately our rig broke down and had to fix it in order to continueAs of now, we have purchased all the materials needed for Mr [redacted] 's project and thought we would be ready last week, but due to unforeseen drilling circumstances, we are not finished with the current job we are on and because it has already been started, we cannot leave mid-jobWe do however, understand the frustration in the delay so again we sincerely apologize for thatToday Friday, September 22, 2017, we have sent the refund via certified mail in the amount of $8,which has a deduction of $for the permit that was already pulledWe will have to take the hit for the materials already purchasedIn the future, we will make sure to notify our customers ahead of time with any issues that may arise
