materials needed for Mr. [redacted]'s project and thought we would be ready last week, but due to unforeseen drilling circumstances, we are not finished with the current job we are on and because it has already been started, we cannot leave mid-job. We do however, understand the frustration in the delay so again we sincerely apologize for that. Today Friday, September 22, 2017, we have sent the refund via certified mail in the amount of $8,701.50 which has a deduction of $298.50 for the permit that was already pulled. We will have to take the hit for the materials already purchased. In the future, we will make sure to notify our customers ahead of time with any issues that may arise.
