sans-serif; letter-spacing: -0.15pt;">Gallia Street Portsmouth, Ohio Cincinnati Revdex.com West 7th Street, Ste Cincinnati, Ohio Dear *** ***, In regard to ID# ***, We tried to explain his problems to himHe brought his vehicle to this facility after taking it to several othersWe have a posted policy of NOT guarantying any parts not bought by this garageIf a customer brings parts in to be installed, we charge a labor feeIf that part is defective , we charge a labor fee to remove and replaceWe do NOT guarantee parts--used or new that we did not orderThis was explained to him and he chose to buy his own partsHe was notified several times his vehicle was finished and did not come to get it for a few weeksIt sat outside and his battery ran down---this is not my faultas far as I'm concerned he is at fault for not picking up when ready and supplying his own parts This issue/matter is closed as far as I'm concernedI do not refund labor Some people try to get something for nothing---My business has a good reputation and we do quality workUnfortuneatley *** *** will not be reimbursed and his business will not be welcome at this facility I will not be forced to repay labor or parts he supplied or a defective battery, as we have a posted policy in clear view and each customer is informed I find this matter to be insulting to both me and my staff
** *** stated that I took my vehicle to a few shops before I brought it there this vehicle was took to his garage and only his garage also he stated that there were used parts bought by me that he used this is not true he put all parts on this vehicle that he bought the first time that he said he had it fixed we picked up the vehicle and drove it a few blocks away from his garage and it broke down it was took back there the same day and he had it for months he never once called and said it was finished to come pick it up I would call every other day to ask how it was going and he kept telling me he was going to try something else well he dropped the gas tank and broke a gas line that was never replaced to which he said he replaced he cut off my exhaust which no one gave him permission to do so now my car has no converter on it if he called and said it was fixed to come get it then why would it not run at all I had to tow the vehicle from his garage at my expense to a chevy dealership to which they found several parts broken & missing no matter what there were no used parts bought by me and to say the car was at least running when it was took there when it was picked up it was in worse shape than when I took it therefor him to try an cover this up it shows what kind of business this is he says my business is not welcome there anymore well that's fine and that go's for my family & friends and more also this is an insult to me that this is a business in Portsmouth,ohio This matter has been sent to my attorney for a small claims action
