Filed a complaint on this business recently in which I felt it was resolvedReceived a phone call from Hurliman Heating 12-9-asking me for payment on the water heater!? I told the lady I payed cash the day it was delivered 11-11-She said she would look into itI called back to speak with *** the ownerTold him I paid cashHe told me to calm down in a very harsh toneThen asked me to describe who installed the water heaterAnd that I should have made sure my receipt said "paid in cash" Why is this my responsibility? The employee counted the money I handed him in an envelope, then he sealed the envelope & handed me the invoice which states "Due On RECEIPTNeed in writing that they did in fact receive the $on 11-11-from their invoice #by REP *** Invoice date 11-9-The appointment time on 11-11-was at 8:AMRegards,

Not only did Hurliman's contact me, they reimbursed me for parts I had to buy AND they sent a technician to my home to perform a thorough cleaning of our entire furnaceI am more than happy with the resolutionHurliman's did a fantastic job of solving a problem, communicating with me to fix the problem, and actually went above and beyond to fix itI was pleased that Hurliman's owned the issue and did not, once the owner found out, try to skirt the issueThe owner just stepped in, and solved it. Made an appointment two weeks ago with Brian. Called them right before the appointment, the lady on the phone said they had no record of my appointment and she could do nothing for me. I had to take time off to make this appointment. I would recommend them to anybody.

Hurliman was contracted with our home warranty insurance company to replace our hot water heater. We started the process on Dec. 9, 2015 and to date (Dec. 28, 2015), the installation still isn't completed. The company lied to us a couple of times, charged us for a permit but never had it pulled and did terrible work. The hot water heater started leaking within an hour of the installation. They came back out and "fixed it" and the next day it started leaking again. We finally got the city inspector involved (that is when we found out they never pulled the permit even though they charged us). The inspector called Hurliman and told them to pull the permit and come out and fix their work. Hurliman was given a list of items (from the first inspection by the city inspector) but they didn't complete all the items. The city inspector called them to come back out (after a second inspection) and finish the work, but it still isn't done. We are so frustrated with the whole business, with the many, many phone calls with Hurliman and getting no results, we filed a complaint with the Dept. of Labor and Industries which started an investigation into state violations.

Never showed up for appointment. They were very apologetic and gave me another 2 hour window the next day and still didn't show up.

Had excellent service to install a new Air Conditioner. Competent and efficient staff from the office to the follow-up.

Review: Ordered & had water heater installed 11-11-15. Since the installation the water heater has been leaking. Called 11-13-15 & was told someone would be out @ 7:30 AM Monday 11-16-15. No one showed up. I called about 8 AM & was told someone would be over in 10 minutes. I explained no, I had to go to work. Since this was their mistake I needed someone to be at my home when I got off work at 6:30 PM. She said okay. No one showed up.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not to mention a leaking water heater!Desired Settlement: Need an apology as well as someone over here either to replace or repair the water heater & to be here when they are scheduled to do so.
