Upon receiving the complaint from Ms [redacted] , Huron Law Group reached out to Ms [redacted] in order to resolve the issue After discussing the work performed on her file, and discussing with Ms [redacted] her expectations, we reached a mutually agreeable resolution to the issue Huron Law Group has provided Ms [redacted] with a refund of a majority of the fees charged, and this matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.If anything further is required, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.Sincerely,Huron Law Group PLLC

Dear Revdex.com,After receiving the Complaint from Ms [redacted] , we discovered that Ms [redacted] 's check was mailed to an address similar, but different, from her current address The check was cancelled and a new check was issued to her proper address She should have received the payment by now We attempted to reach out to Ms [redacted] to explain, but were unable to reach her We emailed her and apologized for the inconvenience Ms [redacted] should have received the check by now Sincerely,Huron Law Group

The consumer was issued a full refund as promised However, Huron cannot dictate the time in which the bank and payment processor issue the refund, which may take as long as business days It appears from the consumer's complaint that several timelines were given by Huron staff, which
we acknowledge would have caused confusion Although the refund was processed by Huron within the given time frame, it was not properly communicated that it would take longer to reach the consumer's account To prevent this situation in the future, we have re-educated staff on payment processing timelines and addressed this particular situation with both employees who spoke to the consumer We estimate that the client will have the funds by August 26th, but we cannot be absolutely certain as the processing of the payment is in the hands of a third party If the consumer does not receive the funds by Monday, August 29th, we'd ask him to call and ask for a manager. Dear Revdex.com,This is in response to the complaint filed by *** ***, Revdex.com Case # *** Ms*** had indicated her desire to enroll in Huron Law Group's debt management program and the Huron Legal Club She signed a contract, including executing authorizations to draft her account
in the amount of $ After going through these steps with an enrollment representative, she was given a quality assurance call from a manger repeating the important disclosures for the program Following enrollment, she was called by a service representative for a welcome call She requested that the welcome be done by email, which our service staff completed, and which once again explained the program.Despite these steps, it appears that Ms*** did not understand all aspects of the program For this reason, we are giving Ms*** a full refund of all payments made to Huron Law Group That refund is being processed and should be sent out on or before March 23, The refund will come in two checks: $will come from her third party savings account held by Bingham Account Services and $will come from Huron Law Group.Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding this matter.Sincerely,Huron Law Group
