AGAIN--your representative promised to do something that he did not doQuit trying to shrug off your responsibilitiesYour person came into my home and made a promiseYour company relies on 'tricking' people into feeling comfortable with your salespeopleSo, when he came in and said, "Yes, we will hold your check for two weeks" we believed itI cannot believe how awful you all are beingYou present yourselves as kind and caring--trying to help peopleHowever, you are responding to me as if I do not know who you all are! Again, we have spent thousands of dollars with your company and were satisfied UNTIL you liedThe bottom line is that you lied--You Lied! Quit shrugging your responsibility as a companyThis proves that you all are low-class, grimy, and should not legally be allowed to operate this company
When you ride by with a freezer full of food that was supposed to be sold to someone else and you talked us into buying it, you should be extremely thankful for the money that we have given youI am absolutely positive that you have done this to many of your customers (promising this, promising that, yet never delivering on the promise)Your person made a verbal contract with me and it was brokenQuit being irresponsible and take ownership for your mistakes!

Regardless if the person is an independent contractor, he works for your company! His name is on your brochureYou are responsible for his actionsIf he will not take responsibility, then you mustAs stated before, you have received thousands of dollars from us and made a great profit from our business with youWe even purchased a dent"new" freezer full of food that someone didn't wantWe have helped you in the pastNone of these people have ever said they were independent contractors--they say they work for youI have read reviews online and there are A LOT of people who are dissatisfied with your companyNow I can see why there are so many who are unhappy with your business
Again, we deserve what was previously requested in the complaintAs a business, you messed upYou need to take responsibility and make up for the loss we had to takeDo the right thing and take responsibility for what a representative of you company did

This email is in response to complaint [redacted].  The customer stated that the salesperson [redacted] promised to hold a check for her for two weeks. He is an Independent Contractor and that is an agreement that he made with her, not the company. The check was presented and processed according...

to the date that was written on the check.
