Enclosed are the receipts [redacted] paid and the dates.  Notice the date when [redacted] received his tractor back his signature on Invoice #[redacted] signified his tractor was satisfactory in his judgement @ the time he receive his tractor his total cost from us was $3510.87 including WV Sales tax....

 We also tried the tractor out (testing) before We Returned the tractor to [redacted] @ our expense.  Our telephone system has a recording device and the language [redacted] used, would make a sailor blush in the face.  [redacted] only called twice.  Why would anyone want to talk to someone that talks and acts like their mentally unstable?

Total 35 times! I also attached my receipts, including the injection pump which this company told me was my problem with my dozer, and it has turned out it apparently wasn't. My signature is on one of the receipts, I was signing saying I paid in full, and the bill was took care of. Yes, I used language, only after I overheard how he was talking to & about me when his secretary put the phone down.
