Hurricane Fence, Inchas been in operation since 1936. We complete approximately jobs each year. While we try to make sure we meet every customer’s needs, there are a handful of customers over the years who will never be pleased with anything. Unfortunately, it appears that is the case now. While I do not agree with paying someone to do landscape work when I am a fence company, I will go ahead and pay the $to Mr*** to satisfy the customer

I did not receive the original notification.  I would be happy to fix any issues with the fence, but there are none.  This home owner wanted me to do yard work which is out of scope of the fence installation job.  When I told him I would not be doing landscape work, he got in my face...

a started yelling at me.  As he said, we did multiple fences for this neighborhood and every other home owner was perfectly happy with our work.

We agreed to make the changes the customer asked for and called the customer one month ago saying we would send a crew out.  The customer stated that it was not a good time for them.  Unfortunately, our area was hit by severe storms and at least 6 tornadoes after that and we had to help...

customers who had security issues. We contacted [redacted] Fils last week to schedule a time to do the changes and he informed us that they had already had the changes done by another company.  We are sending [redacted] and [redacted] a check for $250 to cover that cost this week.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to reimburse me for the cost of replacing bad pickets, adding stainless steel screws instead of the nails that were already popping out in the frame, and labor.

[redacted] posts were straight when they were installed.  The sun most likely caused the posts to warp.  We are extremely busy at this time and are doing our best to get out there to rectify the problem.  We will take care of this as soon as possible.  We just tried calling [redacted]...
