Alex, Erik, and Jay handled the smooth delivery and expert installation of my Amarr HR3000 garage door. Their installer Danyer worked carefully and meticulously to ensure the garage door was installed properly, per the NOA. It passed the Palm Beach County building inspection with ease.
On 06/2/2018 I ordered a garage door. Gave downpay of $*** when the technician came to take measures. They never installed it, and lied on the status.
On 06/28/2018 I ordered garage door. Gave downpay of $***, it was supposed to take 3 weeks for the door to arrive and to be installed. I had to follow up with them many times over the course of 2 months. They have been unresponsive, unprofessional and lied on the status of the order every time I wasted hours on the phone to talk to someone there to have an understand of the status of the order. On 9/9/2018 they finally sent a technician to my house, he was supposed to install the door instead he only told us the measurement they took were wrong so they couldn't installed the door. Now I feel this is just a fraud and want my money back. $
I want Hurricane garage door to refund my downpayment of $*** quickly, with a wire transfer as I don't trust the company.
Customer had a custom sized door which took longer than expected to arrive. Customer was issued a refund on September 17th.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I'm satisfied with the resolution as they send me back my downpayment. Although this company is really unprofessional and dishonest. They constantly lie to their clients and they should not be considered to be in the Revdex.com listed companies.
Hurricane did not repair my garage door opener.
.04" wire is not right repair
On Apr 3 2018 Hurricane Garage door repaired my Garage door. Service man connect door opener with the door by .04" diameter wire. After consulting with Hurricane owner ( or manager) he offer me to buy new garage opener because they don't have the right part. After 2 days owner called me and said
they have a right PIN (!) to fix the door opener. It will cost me $175. We agreed on $ 100 pay. But he never cold me. I bought 2 mm DIA cable in Home depot and fixed door opener myself for $3. Service man spent 5 min om my garage opener.
I think that Hurricane GD inc owe me $75
we are going to return the amount of $75.00 dollars to the customer today. we are going to mail him a check to his property.Thank you and we are sorry for the delay.
