we tried to contact the guest to offer a $ return on his accountwe have no problem giving the guest a refund? we have looked over the menus and addressed the issue and also with the employees on the different ways ti ring in the item [redacted] may contact [redacted] or [redacted] or [redacted] ? for his refund? Today 11/02/my husband went to order wings to go at 9:30pm and the person that was taking the orders to go was so rude saying thier wasnt any wings to go, he even said the F* word so I called and the boy who answered was asking rude and unprofessional WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION so I said my husband went to order wings to go and he said NO THIER IS NO WINGS I said ok but you dont have to be rude about it and he hung up the callMy husband said he might have been drunk
