It is Hurricanes policy if you pay cash they round the amt. off or up because they do not deal with change. This is not posted anywhere that we have seen my question how is this legal and gets the extra money

We spoke to the server and it was a misunderstanding between the server and the customer. All servers have been reminded to bring coin change and this is the policy that we give all change to the customers. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
