I am rejecting this response because: Although *** *** *** *** is the Season Pass purchased we do not use it due to the fact that the toddler rides are minimum and as you suggested a few water rides at the *** *** Park you failed to notice those water rides are not accepted for toddlersWe come to the water park with four children to use the kiddie pool not the ridesPerhaps your team can make new accommodations for your little visitorsThen perhaps we could utilize both parks

***, we as a company added Hurricane Harbor to the season passes free of chargeThere are no season passes for Harbor as this is a smaller park and does fill up quicklyWe do not offer refunds for any tickets or passes as it is stated on the back of each season passAgain I am sorry that you were turned away from Hurricane HarborPlease know that there are a few water rides at *** *** *** *** that may have helped to pass the time such as Congo rapids and the Saw Mill Log Flume
