Review: I had spent $33 in order to recieve a plastic tank model from this business although I paid through paypal and an online game called world of tanks I never recieved the item I bought and I would like my money and or my product back. its been 5 weeks at least since it was supposedly shipped through ups and its really troubling. please help.Desired Settlement: Return of my payment and or delivery of my purchase.

Review: I brought in 2 remote control trucks to be repaired. I thoroughly explained the problem and was told that my trucks would be fixed in working order. A week later I received a call the units were repaired. I picked them up and when we got home not only were they not working one of the units had an additional issue. I took the units back to Hurricane Hobbies to complain and he said, "he did what I told him to do nothing else". He did not answer any other questions. All I asked was if he tried the units before to make sure they were in working order. He refused to answer my questions or give me a refund. I showed him that the units were not working and he did not care. This is absurd, $80.00 for nothing. I have all of my receipts where it is stated in the owners handwriting, "go over truck and make sure it works". This should not happen to anyone else.Desired Settlement: I want ,my money back for work that was not performed.
