He has left a terrible mess, destroyed the grass and no offer to resod at his expense, damaged flower pots and garden hose and broke chunks of cement on the existing small patio behind the steps. The cement steps themselves are chipped in places and I doubt they will hold up over the winter Tom M** (*** *** *** **, Philadelphia, PA ***, cell - ###-###-####, or ###-###-####) did come out one day last week to power wash the bricks on the side of my house that were splattered with cement, but that was all he did. Always saying "we'll be back, we'll fix it", but nothing gets done. And they are paid in full, so I'll never see them again I guess Thank you for your help, but I think this is a failed cause.
