Review: water leak from the boiler. Discovered water on the floor. Tried to stop water by closing the valve. Once it was closed, called plumber. Plumber came, he accused that I should not touch anything & refused to make repairs. No where in the warranty said that I am not allowed to touch the boiler. The contract was drawn on May 23, 2013. Job was completed on July 29, 2013. Work description was: To run new gasline into the house for both boiler & water heater. Install new steem boiler. Install water heater. 1 year warranty.Desired Settlement: Request to transfer their service to a different plumbing company.I do not want to see them in my house any more.

In response to your letter regarding a complaint received, we got a service call to respond for a leaking boiler which we installed. Upon arrival we found the site glass water tube was broken. We were informed by the customer he tried to tightened the site glass tube himself and it cracked.Since this was not due to our negligence we informed him we would replace the glass tube fora service fee of $3500. He felt he should not be charged since we installed the boiler the previous month. We explained to the customer if this broken glass was done by one of our technicians we would not have a problem replacing it at no cost.At that time he said he did not want the work to be done by our technician. That was the last time we heard from him.We would never charge for something our company was responsible for.If you have any questions regarding this matter Please feel free to call us at any time
