Review: Hurracane removed some trees and damaged some items.... Neighbor's siding and gutter, bobcat broke trailer light, stump grinder crushed stone wall. By far the most damage was to a mature evergreen tree shaped like a Christmas tree and Huracane removed the lower branches leaving only the branches from 15 to 20 feet. This tree was not discussed as one to be touched. I have many pictures.

[redacted] the [redacted] came to the house to see the damage and the pictures and said he was embarrassed at what his crew did. He asked if $1000 would be fair to cover the damage. My wife and I agreed even though this could not cover the cost of the damages because we thought it was a good faith offer. He handed us $200 cash and said he would send us the rest when he could as his daughter's issues had to take priority over every thing else. This was March ** 2014

It has been 5 months and [redacted] has not sent us additional funds and does not return our phone calls. Only one of the three calls was returned by an office worker who said [redacted] would call be that day.Desired Settlement: [redacted] agreed to give us $800 more dollars
