Mr. did not keep his agreement on rental and locked my family and I out of house and never paid for work performed and does this to all rental people and has for decades
Please be advise that this firm represents Allen *** Farms. Mr. does not have a signed lease agreement with Mr. *** and Mr. family. We filed an eviction proceeding against Mr. I June 2019, titled Allen *** Farms, LLC vs Joseph *** and Joni Badgley, Case No. ***. We have not been able to successfully serve either party to these proceedings.
If Mr. has a valid claim against Mr., he can appear in court and present his claim. However, it is our understanding that there was a verbal agreement that Mr. was to provide labor in lieu of rent. That worked for a period of time. Mr. vacated the premises in June 2019, or before, and did not remove his personal possessions at that time. Our firm then filed the eviction proceedings for Mr. to have Mr. and his wife remove their personal belongings. Mr. makes many promises to appear at the residence to retrieve his belongs. Mr. makes many promises to appear at the residence to retrieve his belongs, and then does not follow through with those promises.
This is a matter best left for the courts to determine.
