My husband and I met with a gentleman to do our taxes on March 22, 2018. We left with the impression that we would receive our taxes in a few weeks. We have made multiple attempts to contact them about the status of our taxes and the only information we received was that they filed an extension on our behalf. We have contacted them several times since this asking for a timeline of when services will be completed and have yet to hear anything. Our biggest complaint is the lack of communication on their end for when they are going to finish the services requested. We are trying to purchase a home and their lack of communication is causing complications in doing so.
