I am rejecting this response because: This is a contract, we both signed it in good faith. I expected everything listed in the contract to be fulfilled. I did my part.                                                        I did not see a "buy as is clause". I did see a "VIN ETCHING" service with a price of $395 which was NOT done. I expect                                                       a full refund for a service that was listed but not fulfilled.

The customer in question was given a total drive out price. Any and all fees were negotiated in the total drive out price. We did not go in to a lot of detail because the price the the customer negotiated was a drive out price. It would have been the same with or without the Zurich Shield. I'm sorry...
