I took my Nissan 370Z to this business for a tire change. I supplied the tires and gave them to the business. My expensive rims were damaged in the tire installation process by the installer at this business. When I brought it to his attention, he casually stated "Oh..that's the equipment. I didn't know the size of your tires." I told him that he damaged all four wheel rim edges because he wasn't aware of how to properly install tires. He then told me that he only took $60 for the job, so what can I expect? He refused to address the issue. I have had to have my custom rims re-powder coated at a cost of $520 because all four of them were damaged. I have pictures of the damage to all four tires as well as an invoice for repair costs.
We are very sorry to hear about Mr.’s experience. We never want a customer to leave unsatisfied and always strive to make sure their cars are treated with the best care. In order to do so, we, in part, rely on customers to inform a technician about the details of the service needed to be done on their car. Typically, all four tire and rim sizes are the same. In Mr.’s the front and back tires and rims were different in sizes. The size of a tire is marked on the tire, but rims are not marked and may not be immediately obvious to a technician. That is why it is important for customers to inform the technician about the sizes difference of their rims and tires if any exisit. Unfortunately, the employee was not made aware of this, which Mr. acknowledged. Regardless, immediately upon becoming aware of the issue, the Mr. was offered a full refund which was refused. We understand that the Mr. feels like more can be done to remedy the situation. Therefore, we are willing to again offer the full refund and two full synthetic oil changes (Mobil 1) free of charge.

I am rejecting this response because:
The garage in question shouldn't be in business or installing tires if they cannot look at the numbers printed on the tire to determine size. That's no excuse.
I also wouldn't take my vehicle back to this garage for any other services offered due to lack of trust. The offer this business made is wholly inadequate.
