Review: I hired them to tune up my furnace they made the furnace run worse. They came out a second time and changed the parts they should of changed the first time and also adjusted the flame better than the first time. The service tech said he would need a special tool to adjust the flame properly and he would be back the next day. No one came or called the next day so my wife called them, they couldn't believe no one called to tell me they didn't have the tool and would have to order one. They said they would have it monday october 12. My wife said monday is a bad day so they said it would be flagged for tuesday. On tuesday no one called so I called them again to find out what time they would be here to finish the job. I talked to [redacted] and she said the part never came in and it would be in with tuesdays delivery which would be before noon and she would call to let me know. She never called and at 130 I called them. I was told part never came in again ans it would be here wednesday for sure. I asked if they called the supplier to make sure the part was sent and I was told they did and that's how they knew it would be here wednesday. Here it is wednesday afternoon and no call from hurtis heating to let me know . They have already been paid and the job is not done.Desired Settlement: either finish the job or refund my payment

The tech came out and I told him I can't wait to see this new tool that took a week to get here and he told me there is no tool. He adjusted the flame properly and it works fine. He doesn't know why they kept telling me I had to wait for this tool, and why 11 minutes after they got notice from you they call me and say the tool just arrived. I don't understand why all the lying.
