Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was nothing in my response that showed any vindictiveness nor any way the issue cannot be rectified There have been three separate contractors that we've had come out to give bids to fix the issues that agree this work was done horribly There are huge gaps, the posts and tops aren't even flush nor are the toppers that [redacted] came out and put on himself to attempt to fix the issue The toppers were not cut properly and are not the same size The only thing that was mentioned about the toppers was that we were appreciative of the attempt [redacted] was trying to do to fix the issue because we assumed we were friends, but clearly from his Revdex.com response he is not These contractors did NOT come to the door, we have an alarm system that verifies who comes to the door, they did not Regardless, even if I was home, what difference does it make? If their claim that the fence was done properly, why would they be coming to the door to speak with us it makes zero sense We never signed off on this work and never agreed that the issues were resolved We have yet to tear down the fence and have yet to hire a new company to fix the issues, so if [redacted] and [redacted] wish to rectify the issue by taking down the fence and putting it up properly and to the correct blue print they are more than welcome to They forget that they took $2,from us and did not do the job the way they were supposed to and to the HOA standards, which we specifically told them needed to happen Furthermore, earlier in the day, [redacted] called the owner and screamed at him because [redacted] was upset that he would not be making enough money on this job He then refused to fix the issues when they were brought up and again, the only reason the horrible toppers are even on the fence is because [redacted] felt awful about the way [redacted] was treating us and wanted to try to make it better, which was not done properly either Sincerely, [redacted] ***
