this business three months ago in order to cancel my prescription savings plan with them and have received numerous letters from them dating back at least 3 months claiming that my plan would not go into effect until I paid them $90.00 ( $30.00) per month. I paid the initial $30 for coverage when I first signed up but the savings plan did not do as promised. I was told that with that savings plan I would spend no more than $10.00 for any one prescription and that receiving my prescriptions by mail was an option. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions however, this was not the case. My total came up to well over $100 dollars and the pharmacist said that the card did not work. So, I contacted Liberty to cancel. I ignored the next few letters I received requesting money to activate my savings plan as they had not taken any funds out of my account, I thought that my plan had been cancelled as I requested months ago. I called to speak with a representative and left a message. The representative called me back and immediately began to berate me, tell me that I never cancelled and yelled through the phone. When I asked him to stop yelling and to cancel my plan ( since he claimed it had not been cancelled) and help me find another plan that might work for me he yelled at me to stop telling him how to run his business. He stated that his plan worked well for his other 2,000 customers and they liked the plan just fine. I told him that that was great for his other 2,000 customers but what about those it doesn't work for. I informed him that I have been unable to get my prescription medications for months because the plan they sold me did not work and he insisted that I was using it wrong and but refused to tell me how I should use it and insisted that maybe if I had ordered my prescriptions through the mail that maybe it would've worked ( although mail order prescriptions are not a requirement and if they are I was never informed of this) and that they had been taking money out of my account since April 2017. I informed him that after months of having this plan this was the first time that they've ever taken money out of my account ( aside from the initial payment) and that they have overdraft my account today by pulling out money that I had not budgeted for. He never, gave me a chance to request my $30.00 back for services that I cancelled and can't use. So they took payment out of my account to cover a savings plan for the next month but cancelled said savings plan today. I Tried calling back and speaking to a supervisor but you can't get anyone on the phone, I tried emailing but anytime you input an email address into their "contact us" info page it says " invalid email". All I want is my money back and for someone at that business to do the right thing and admit , tell me why I had issues with the plan if it works the way they say it does and admit that the representative I spoke with on 09/20/17 at around 12:20pm EST was wrong in the way he dealt with my case. In theory, the savings plan is good, when it works, but it does not. I feel as though I was cheated and given false information and then robbed of money as they were in violation of their contract with me. Response to Complaint:   We accepted by phone [redacted] notice of cancellation on 09/20/2017, 146 days after enrollment. To this date we have not received any other communication from this member. As you can see below, you received an online notice on 04/28/2017 as well as a write copy of the terms of cancellation in your information packet mailed to you and delivered by the US post office on 05/3/ 2017 to the address on your enrollment application. You authorized and were recorded your authorization at this time of enrollment. Her LibertyRx card was activated thru our national pharmacy network on May 1, 2017 for her to purchase her prescriptions. You have been charged according to these terms below. Thank you, Customer service Liberty Benefits   LIBERTY RX PRESCRIPTION PLAN 30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY If a Member is not satisfied with the Liberty Rx Prescription Plan and wishes to terminate his/her plan, the Member may cancel the plan for any reason by notifying Liberty Benefits in writing, via fax or via the cancellation website. Members may call 877-867-5423 to obtain the fax number, cancellation website and mailing address. Cancellation requests received by Liberty Benefits during non-business hours will be processed the next business day. If a Member cancels within the first 30 days from the Plan Entry Date, the Member will be eligible for a full refund of the Plan and one-time registration fee. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to process from the date Liberty Benefits receives the notification of cancellation. If the Member cancels after the first 30 days, the Plan will terminate at the end of the Plan Term following the date Liberty Benefits receives the notice of cancellation. Any cancellation of Plan will not affect any services or discounts received by a canceling Member before the effective date of the cancellation. Members who file chargebacks with their merchant provider will be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your credit card company or bank. We will work to resolve any unauthorized transactions debited from your account. If a resident of the state of Illinois remains dissatisfied after completing the organization's complaint process, the plan member may contact the Department of the Insurance at: Illinois Department of Insurance 320 W. Washington Springfield, IL 62767 (217)524-4051 TERMS AND CONDITIONS THIS PROGRAM IS NOT INSURANCE. The cardholder is responsible to pay 100% of the purchase price for all drugs. The purchase price includes the discounted cost of the drug plus all dispensing fees. The cardholder pays the lower of the discounted drug cost plus dispensing fees, or the participating pharmacy’s cash price to customers. The purchase price may vary by drug and by pharmacy. Discounted drugs must be purchased only at participating pharmacies. All discounted drugs may not be available at all participating pharmacies. The Liberty Rx Prescription Plan is administered by EnvisionRxOptions (the “Program Administrator”). The Program Administrator has negotiated discounts and dispensing fees with a network of participating pharmacies, and has contracted with the sponsor of the Program named on your card (the “Program Sponsor”) to provide access to discounted drugs by cardholders through the participating pharmacies. No portion of the drug cost or dispensing fees for drugs purchased by cardholders under the Program is paid by the Program Sponsor or Program Administrator. Cardholders are advised to check the company website periodically for program updates. Contact the toll-free number on your card for more information or inquiries.   Phone Record:   We have audit our electronic phone records and found only one call from [redacted] from [redacted], on 09/20/2017.     Record of Payment:   Member Demographics:   Members History: Page 1         Member History: Page 2 Member History: Page 3     Member Comments:   Conclusion: This member is not due a refund per the terms of the agreement she authorized on 04/28/2107. She cancelled 146 days after the services were activated. Liberty had no communication from her until 09/20/2017 yet she keep re-activating after several time after receiving declined letters. She obvious tried to use the LibertyRx card at a pharmacy during a declined period and the pharmacist said that the card did not work. Her claim that “I was told that with that savings plan I would spend no more than $10.00 for any one prescription” is not true. I don’t know of any prescription card in America that can across the board charge $10.00 for any one prescription. Don’t I wish and I would personally be a subscriber. As you can see, she cancels her Limited Health Plan in the Comment section with HHG on 08/01/2017, 81 days after she enrolled, so she was not eligible for a refund from them. We sell and activate a member prescription card that enables our member our pre-negotiated pricing for their prescription drugs. Just like a health club membership, if they don’t use it, they can expect a refund after the refund period. By the way, we have 200,000 members with our cards.   Thanks,   Steve

I never canceled my IBO membership. They basically threw my wife and I out of the company to avoid having to pay ongoing commissions.
