"On April 27 at 3pm, customer reported an issue with his product. On April 27 at 7:30pm, I personally reported back asking him a probing question to help him figure out where he might have been using the product correctly, or what software bug he might have been running into. On April 27 at 7:45pm, he responded back in a manner that didn't answer the question at all, such that I wasn't able to assist him correctly. On April 27 at 9:03pm, I responded back trying to phrase the question again a different way to help him out. On April 28 at 5:52am, customer became abusive and threatening in response, then took to social media at 7:30am on April 28. On April 28 at 4:20pm, I responded back with return instructions, Package was received and processed on May 7, and we are currently waiting for response on where to send his refund to. Problem should be resolved."
