Hey there, I have a response for Complaint ID: [redacted] "On April at 3pm, customer reported an issue with his productOn April at 7:30pm, I personally reported back asking him a probing question to help him figure out where he might have been using the product correctly, or what software bug he might have been running intoOn April at 7:45pm, he responded back in a manner that didn't answer the question at all, such that I wasn't able to assist him correctlyOn April at 9:03pm, I responded back trying to phrase the question again a different way to help him outOn April at 5:52am, customer became abusive and threatening in response, then took to social media at 7:30am on April On April at 4:20pm, I responded back with return instructions, Package was received and processed on May 7, and we are currently waiting for response on where to send his refund toProblem should be resolved."
