Husky Liners

I was sent the wrong item. I tried contacting them daily for weeks. Finally they responded. They claimed to have shipped out a replacement and sent me a shipping label to rerun the wrong item (which was picked up and delivered to them) . The *** tracking said the replacement item was delivered (it wasn't), then a few days later it shows that same tracking number Heading back to Kansas (where it was received and someone signed for it). I have been trying for weeks again (every day) to get a response from them. They have over $200 of my hard earned money and I don't have anything. They don't even have the courtesy to pretend they are trying to fix it. I want my money back.

I recently ordered both front and rear floor liners on my new lease vehicle. I was very hesitant to order such expensive car mats as the Husky brand is very expensive. I eventually did order the $*** mats from *** making my decision based on the guarantee and being made in America. Before receiving the mats I received an email from *** offering a 15% discount. I immediately called *** asking for the discount to be applied to my order as I have not even received my liners yet. The woman that answered the *** number I called did not want to be bothered by my question. She flatly said she couldn't help me. I also emailed their customer service with no response. Based on my experience I wont ever recommend or purchase from ***.
