Review: We purchase a puppy with limited AKC paperwork and I had later on contacted the owner of the company to see if I can have our dogs paperwork upgraded because I wanted to be able to enter her into dog shows. She informed me I could have the AKC paperwork upgraded to full registration and that I have to pay an additional 128 dollars. She sent me an invoice through paypal which I paid. I had tried to contact the owner several times to find out about the paperwork and received no information from her. I gave it some more time because AKC takes a while to file paperwork. Almost three months later, AKC informed me they never received anything about the full registration and my puppy still has limited paperwork. I filed a dispute with paypal and because it had been over 45 days from the transaction the dispute was closed. I tried calling the owner again and left a message as well as email and received no contact back from her.Desired Settlement: I hope the owner Maxi will either refund my money or provide AKC with the proper paperwork to satisfy our agreement of upgrading my dogs AKC registration to full registration. I never thought that I would have an issue with trying to contact the owner of this business. She had been so pleasant and helpful when making purchases.
