Review: I purchased [redacted] sewing machine in June of 2014. Company offered new owner classes. The instructor was not familiar with the machine, a wasted day.Machine embroidery not stitching correctly, they had machine for 6 weeks and said it was fine. Sold me [redacted] software $1,000.00 for [redacted] computer and did not tell me that some of its programs were not compatible with the [redacted] machine, company within a month introduced a new version [redacted] that I was not told about just to sell the old one.Company offers no instruction on this software program. The employees try to be helpful but they are not trained properly and are just put on sales floor. I have been given the wrong help many times.Another wasted day today, thumb drive that came with machine went bad, they tried it and confirmed this. I was told they would order me new one and then before I got home left message that I would have to pay for it. I have had enough!!!!!!!!!I was also given the wrong information about what type of bobbin to use for better embroidery design. I feel that this huge company that sells sewing machines for $10,000 could do a better job of backing up there product and training their employees.The machine is heavy and embroidery unit bulky to keep dragging over there for no help !Thank you!Desired Settlement: I want a new thumb drive appropriate for the [redacted] Royale at no charge.
