communication.  If that ship to address is different please advise before end of business today.  There are reasons for an ignitor to fail more frequently than others in 2 years and can be diagnosed by a service technician.  If he is using it daily all year it is getting quite a bit of use, but it is possible that the ash drop could be hitting the ignitor.  If that metal plate is hitting the ignitor when it is closing it may result in a decreased span of the ignitor. Other reasons the ignitor might go sooner is the control board is not turning off the ignitor after the start up process, which would result in the ignitor running the whole time the pellet stove is operating where it typically would operate for 12 minutes and turn off.   Lastly, depending on what the customer is burning in the pellet stove if they are burning strictly pellets or a corn/pellet blend the corn can be harder on the ignitor and not recommended.  If you have any questions or need the UPS tracking number of the ignitor please let me know.
