I am rejecting this response because:The refund was sent through by the business on February 24th. We were told it would take...
up to 10 business days. It has been well over the 10 business days, 35 business days to be exact. I do not feel they are doing enough on their part to correct this problem. I have asked for contact from the person in charge and all I have received is rude and unprofessional emails in response. If there is an issue with their card processing then I would like the refund by check. They can then cancel the card refund when the check is issued. I have allowed more than enough time for the refund to be processed. They did not seem to have credit card processing issue taking the money from my son's account immediately.

The buyer has been refunded. We were working hard with the company that manufactures this item to get it sent to the buyer. We never heard back from the manufacture and therefore have refunded the buyer in full.

I just want to say that before I ordered the products I wanted, I emailed them asking if they were in stock so I knew I would not have to wait long. They said they were in stock and after placing the order they sent me a confirmation saying everything shipped. They only shipped part of my order without saying anything or letting me know that some of the products were supposed to be shipped to me from another company. Those items never came. After waiting a week and not getting them they tell me they are unable to get ahold of that company and that I have to wait. I waited another week and still nothing came not even a shipping confirmation. So I keep contacting Hustle Paintball on a daily basis asking for info and after a few days asking for a refund. They kept telling me that my package shipped and I would have to wait until I received it then ship it back to get a refund. I asked for a tracking number and they gave me an invalid tracking number. I finally contacted the company that they said shipped the package to me and they told me that it never shipped and it was out of stock and might take up to 6 months before its back in stock. They said there was no reason why I shouldn't have been able to get a refund and that they contacted Hustle Paintball right away letting them know this. Even after calling
Hustle Paintball out on their lies they still refused to refund me until I filed a complaint here with the Revdex.com. Its clear to me now that they live up to their name as they tried to "hustle" me out of almost $300.00. Be very careful ordering from these people. I know I won't make that mistake again.
