I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I have emailed a copy of my debit card with written authorization to process the refund of my $500.00 deposit back to my card as instructed by Alex K[redacted]. Upon, receipt of my deposit into my checking account, I will gladly contact Revdex.com in writing to request this case be closed with full resolution.
Adil K[redacted], the finance manager, lied about his name and who he was. We were told that John was the manager and then we were told that Peter was the manager. He tried to steal $1500 from him for illegitimate reasons. They disrespected my brother, his girlfriend and myself to our faces. They left my brothers gilfriend in emotion distress all so that they can steal $1500 illegitamely from us. This is a terrible business, the reps and the manager especially are very shady.
To whom it may concern:Please note, deposits are fully refundable. According to our company policy, the refunds are processed on every Friday. Since Our respected customer used a Debit card to leave a deposit, the very same Debit card must be present to issue the refund. If its too much trouble for...
you to come to our facility, we can make an exception for you and process the refund without the card.
