To whom it may concern, We have offered to put in a new tube, however the customer has been too busy for us to install (5-minutes) It is for bicycle tubes to leach air and should be topped off twice a weekWe would love to resolve this and hopefully make the customer satisfied Hutch's

The tire guarantee includes replacing the inner tube for free if it is punctured through an *** tireIt is for tires to lose air over time even if there is no puncture, and in most cases tires need additional air every few daysThe complaint states that after ten days the tire has
lost 2/of its airThis is normal, and does not require inner tube or tire replacement

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response becauBACKI am working classThe price of those tires and tubes, while exhorbitan, make up one tenth of my monthly incomeBefore taxesTires and tubes are purchase able for under $I was told if u manage to get a flat, we will fix it for freeNow, all I have to do is let the bike sit where it does, and guess what IT GOES FLAT! I purchased dependability, based on what an emoyer told meThe only thing I can depend on, is that these tires will go flatPERIOD the tubes that hutches removed, to be replaced by their substandard issue, never lostnair in FOUR MONTHSIf I hadn't needed tires, and gone to Hutchs, I would have NO PROBLEM TODAYnever before has ANYBODY FROM HUTCHS OFFERED ME A NEW TUBE, or anything other than the most ridiculous thing I ever heardWhich was the statement that it's to have to air up my tires realistically, for optimum performance on a daily basisI mean come on, what if YOU had to air up the tires on your car, every day?
