Trico charges my mom $a month for years, shes retired, she lost her job at honewell, lost her house and moved to lak a yucca, ever since shes paid up the ying yang for electric, shes elderly, and cant be in the heat, trico charges 40% and more than other electric companies, they charge her so much she has to make other arrangements to pay bill, they have charged her so much money she stresses out how to pay bill, shes done everything possibile to lower bill but for some suspicious reason they charge her up the ying yangIm tired of my mom being stressed out, trico needs to stop being so greedy and taking her for all shes got!!!!!
Trico is a heartless company with no regard to families who struggle They will disconnect the electricity before you ever behind more than one month! I wish there was an alternative to TRICO They buy and resell electricity at ridiculous amounts and know they have people over a barrel Customer Service is rude and condescending and the company should be ashamed of themselves!
