Review: On 10/24/2012 steve hutchens and one of his workers named [redacted] came to our house and gave us an estimate for power washing & spraying thompson water seal on both sides of our privacy fence which is aproximatley 100ft and to also clean and power wash our house and back porch and spray thompson water seal on the back porch, the total cost was $610.00. That job was done and paid in full on 10/26/2012. Steve told me and my husband that he would shorten bottom of fence and spray another coat of water seal on the fence at no additional charge because the first coat didn't look good. We also talked to steve about replaceing part of the back brick wall of our house which was caveing in. On 10/29/2012 steve and the guys that would be doing the brick wall came and gave us an estimate and would be replaceing 45ft of the wall and total cost was $2560.00. The guys came when they got the material to do the job, done the job and done a very good job. Steve was paid in full for the work on 11/13/2012. Steve told me and my husband he would be back when the concrete dried to fasten the conduit back down to the brick wall that it needed to dry for a week before drilling the mounts in the wall. Steve has never came back and has never called, I called him on 4/11/2013 at 9:00am and asked when he would be comeing to spray the fence and fasten the conduit on the back wall, his responce to was i'm glad you called I forgot all about it and steve told me he would be there the next day, he never showed up or called. On 4/23/2013 at 2:00pm I told my husband to call him and he did and he told steve you have been paid in full for both jobs and you never showed up to spray the fence and hang the conduit back up, which is still hanging by strings from our windows at this point, steve said he would be here on 4/27/2013 to finish the job and never showed up and to this day has never called.Desired Settlement: Steve to give us the money for the thompson water seal which took 5 gallons for the first coat and the money for the hangers that have to be screwed into the back wall to rehang conduit and the cost of labor. We will have to have someone else to come do this work for us.Steve has not bothered to contact us any way so we dont want him to come to our house again.
