[redacted] failed to discover a large hole in our roof which resulted in toxic mold inside our home which was present when he completed inspection [redacted] completed our home inspection on 8/8/We closed on our home on 9/19/The same day we discovered a flea infestation so bad we had to remove all of our items and rip out carpetWhen ripping out carpet on 9/23/the carpet professionals discovered mold on subfloor in bedroomA mold restoration company discovered mold inside bedroom walls coming from a large hole in our roofA roofing professional informed us that no home inspector should have overlooked the hole or the mold, as the walls and floor inside the home were wetWe also discovered a broken dishwasher with a broken patch and water running out of the bottom of dishwasher when we ran it throughWe had leaky faucets and a leaky pipe under bathroom sinkWe had no seal on the bottom of the master bath shower, causing water to run onto floorMy son walked

On 6/14/this company,Hutchins Home Inspection, was hired to inspect the above stated propertyHutchins failed to inspect the exterior windows and were found to be rotted in most serious, all had to be replacedThis issue and the plumbing where the bath eas clogged and the kitchen sink drain very slow..MrHutchins never inspected this area and some smaller areas there was mold discovered in bathroom area alsoUpon contacting Mr.Hutchins about my concerns, he stated that he was not able to inspect all the rooms due to clutterand when I ask about the floor he stated it was raining and that he was to big to get in crawl space,?? Nothing on the report was disclosed that was SERIOUS..Most that Hutchin reported was already known by me..he was more concerned with a bad side walk, attic vent or old tape coming loose in the closets?? I have closed on this house and out a lot of money and labor which could have been avoided if Hutchins would have done this inspection as PROACAL..I h
