Our organization received your letter dated 01/26/2017 in reference to complaint ID # [redacted] and had sent a response directly to the customer with a resolution provided which was mailed on 02/08/2017. We have done our utmost to resolve the customer’s concern and have...
communicated our actions and outcomes as outlined in our correspondences to the customer. However, in spite of our best efforts to resolve the compliant, it appears that this has not been to the customer’s satisfaction and thus, provided the customer with a gesture of good will as a resolution. I am rejecting this response because:
I haven't gotten any reply from Hutchinson Health, 2-14-17. I'm not sure why they say they done the utmost to resolve this because records show Hutchinson Health and I reached an accord back in mid January 2017 bringing this complaint to a resolve. A good will gesture from Hutchinson Health would be for them to honor the accord bringing this matter to the final resolve.
