Please be advised that Hutchinson Metro Dental reached out to the above named patient regarding rescheduling her appointment on May **, 2016 at 10:18 am. Patient's appointment time was at 2:30 pm. Due to an emergency matter with one of our dentists we had no choice but to call the patient the same...

day of her scheduled appointment. We did leave a voicemail stating that her appointment had to be rescheduled to another date prior to patient's appointment time and we never received a call back. Patient arrived to her appointment and was accommodated for a cleaning with hygienist but unfortunately her dentist was unable to perform an exam due to reason stated above. During her visit on May **, 2016, patient ONLY received X-rays and cleaning and these were the ONLY treatments billed to her insurance company. We can provide all the documentation as proof if needed. Regarding patient's second issue in being hung up on after being placed on hold, we're not sure as to which date or the timing in which this occurred so we cannot answer why this happened. There has been a few instances when this has happened to other patients and to our own employees while being in the middle of conversations due phone company problems. We do apologize for any inconvenience and/or grievance this may have caused. As a courtesy, we will provide the patient with next cleaning and exam without using her insurance benefits.
