Hutchison Home Inspections

I hired him to do a home inspection July 5th of this year. We did this long distance so we took his word for the home inspection report. I called him to see if he was ever inside because after moving in we had a old stain for water leakage in the sunlight in the kitchen and one on the fan vent in the spare bathroom. Now we have a water stain on the kitchen ceiling after he said the roof was in satisfactory condition. An outside faucet is leaking and he said it was good. A toilet bowl was cracked and glued together. The dryer was not vented to the outside. The refrigerator icemaker was not working and shut off be cause it leaked into the freezer. The lights in the dish washer came on but it didn't work. I called him about it and all he would say is (what do you want to do about it)
