Tires and tubes are purchase able for under $20. I was told if u manage to get a flat, we will fix it for free. Now, all I have to do is let the bike sit where it does, and guess what IT GOES FLAT! I purchased dependability, based on what an emoyer told me. The only thing I can depend on, is that these tires will go flat. PERIOD the tubes that hutches removed, to be replaced by their substandard issue, never lostnair in FOUR MONTHS. If I hadn't needed tires, and gone to Hutchs, I would have NO PROBLEM TODAY. never before has ANYBODY FROM HUTCHS OFFERED ME A NEW TUBE, or anything other than the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Which was the statement that it's normal to have to air up my tires realistically, for optimum performance on a daily basis. I mean come on, what if YOU had to air up the tires on your car, every day? That's a load of garbage, and I AM NOT THE DUMP. shoddy material, and piss poor attitude. We have offered to put in a new tube, however the customer has been too busy for us to install (5-10 minutes) It is normal for bicycle tubes to leach air and should be topped off twice a week. We would love to resolve this and hopefully make the customer satisfied.
