My husband thought he would be nice and surprise me to take my car to get washed while I was getting my hair done. My daughters iPhone that we only use for movies for her was in the car and was stolen. He didn't know it was in there to remove it. We went back, spoke to the manager but the phone was gone and the manager did nothing. No apology and wouldn't give us the owner or corporate phone number.Product_Or_Service: Car washDesired SettlementWe ultimately want the phone back but it would be nice if the business attempted to find their thief. Maybe review the cameras etc. they could be more sympathetic to their customers who get their belongings stolen and offer an apology. Your manager at the time of the theft at your car wash searched the car to see if it could be found. We searched the car thoroughly as to not make false accusations. Your manager took our name and number in case the item turned up. Therefore, your store was notified of the issue prior to my complaint to the Revdex.com. Second, it is apparent you are not familiar with iPhone devices as a password is not required and the item is not useless. If the owner doesn't put a password on the item then one is not required. Also, as with most electronic devices it can be reset to factory settings using iTunes making the device open for the thief to use and download things as they please. Lastly, the response given was awful. As I stated in my complaint, my husband didn't know the item was in there to remove it as per your cautionary signs. An honest mistake on his part which shouldn't have been an issue had he taken the vehicle to an honest company for cleaning. My apologies that your company is not honest. I've made sure to let everyone I know know about what has happened to me by trusting your business. We will never make that mistake again.

ON SATURDAY JUNE 28, 2014 I WENT TO MISSION CAR WASH FOR CLEANING. GAVE KEYS TO ATTENDENT AND WENT TO LOUNGE. AFTER AWHILE THE CAR APPEARED FROM THE WASH AREA. I THEN NOTICED TWO EMPLOYEES LOOKING AT LEFT REAR TIRE AND WENT OVER TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. THE TIRE WAS GOING FLAT AND BECAME FLAT AS WE WATCHED. THINKING I MUST HAVE PICKED UP NAIL OR CUT, AFTER THEY PUT ON THE SPARE TIRE, WENT DIRECT TO [redacted] DEALER TO FIX FLAT. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE TIRE CANNOT BE REPAIRED BECAUSE THE SIDEWALL HAS BEEN CUT AND CANT FIX. ASKED WHERE I HAD BEEN, SAID CAR WASH. THEY SAID THEY HAVE SEEN TIRES CUT AT CAR WASHES BEFORE. WENT BACK TO MISSION AND TALKED TO MANAGER, SHOWED HIM THE TIRE AND SAID IT WASN'T GOING FLAT BEFORE I HAD ARRIVED AND ONLY TOOK A COUPLE MINUTES TO GO FLAT AFTER COMING OFF THE WASH AREA. HE ASKED ME TO FILL OUT FORM AND SAID WOULD GIVE TO THE OWNER AND HE WOULD CONTACT ME. HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL SINCE. DID WRITE LETTER TO THE CAR WASH WITH COPY OF RECEIPT FOR NEW TIRE AND PICTURES OF THE PUNCTURE. NO RESPONSE. WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE COST OF THE TIRE $239.19, HAVE RECEIPTS FROM DEALER.Product_Or_Service: CAR WASHDesired SettlementWOULD LIKE MISSION CAR WASH TO PAY FOR NEW TIRE.Final Consumer Response Re mission car wash. The owner [redacted] contacted me. And we were able the problem of the damaged tire to my and his satisfaction. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I left my car for a oil change/wash and 3 items were stolen from my glove box: sunglasses, jewelry pouch and an phone charging cord. This is unreal!!!On Sunday July 17th, I dropped my car off at Hutch's to get an oil change then their car wash. I walked to get lunch and upon my return (the receipt says I returned at 1:42p), noticed that my phone charger, sunglasses (which were a gift from my sister and have unmistakable personal value), and a jewelry pouch were missing from my glovebox and center console. Last time I checked, they weren't supposed to go through those at all for cleaning!!! The sunglasses and the pouch were purchased for me as a gift and I am extremely upset about them missing. I want an explanation as to why they were rummaging through those areas and demand reciprocity for their actions. Desired SettlementIssuance of a monetary amount to cover the cost of the lost damages.
